Faith Wagner is the Studio Director of our Lakeland, FL location. With 10+ years of experience, she holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and serves as an adjunct professor. She has worked with rehabilitation clients, athletes, women’s health, geriatric health, and degenerative neurological diseases. She has coached one-on-one clients and group fitness classes in various capacities within the field of exercise, in addition to spearheading leadership roles in the industry. 

As a former competitive and college athlete, exercise is exceedingly important to her. She understands the significance of movement for the human body and advocates for the positive impact that well-programmed workouts can have over an extended period of time. She believes that exercise is a commonality that creates community among strangers, thus she makes it her mission to ensure that every individual who visits EYS feels a part of that community, a family.
