We are thrilled that you will be joining us at Earn Your Stripes!
To ensure you have an awesome first workout with us we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the class. Don’t worry, this is only for your first session. We use these few minutes to acquaint you with our studio, get you introduced to our staff, and meet your coach.
You have the option of attending any of our three class formats. We recommend that over the course of your 21 days that you try all three to get the full experience.
FIT
EYS Fit is a four station concept workout that includes power, strength, functional, and endurance training. In this full-body workout, you will feel challenged and proud of what you're capable of.
CORE
EYS Core is a low-impact workout that emphasizes muscle-lengthening and stability using a blend of suspension training with bodyweight and resistance exercises to achieve a total-core burn.
COMBAT
EYS Combat is a full-body workout that combines the best of boxing with high-intensity training. You will spend rounds "on the bag" and utilize our state of the art equipment in this truly unique format!
