The Workout

No! You will never get the same workout twice at EYS. With our constantly updated library of over 3,000 exercises and movements we provide you with a unique experience every time you enter the studio.

Each session is comprised of four stations:

  1. Power
  2. Strength
  3. Functional
  4. Endurance

Within each station there may be multiple exercises performed.

Each EYS class is specifically developed for a target audience.

EYS FIT – The original High Intensity Interval Training. EYS Fit incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

EYS COMBAT – Similar to Fit but half of your time is spent “on the bag.” We have developed specific exercises built around our Aqua bags to quickly get you into the high intensity zone.

EYS VETS – This class for older adults has all the benefits of traditional HIIT but with less impact, less strenuous movements, and longer recovery periods.

EYS KIDS – The EYS kids classes have age appropriate movements that focus on form and function.

EYS workouts range from 45-50 minutes including the warm up and cool down periods. Believe us, you will feel it!

At EYS The pace of the workout is structured but can be done at your own intensity based on your current individual fitness level.

We welcome new members regardless of their current fitness level.  In order to make the most of your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to get acquainted with the studio and meet you coach.

All EYS sessions have been developed to accommodate every level of fitness.  Our coaches will guide you on recommended reps, weights, and form to maximize your personal experience.

It is entirely your choice whether or not to wear a HR monitor.

If you do want to track your performance you can either purchase a monitor from us or connect your own personal device as our system is compatible with any ANT+ HR Monitor as well as the Polar H7, H10 and OH1Devices.

We recommend starting out with 2-3 sessions per week. Some members build up to attending 4 times per week. We do not recommend every day as our workouts are strenuous and you need to give your body time to rest between sessions to maximize recovery.

Stripes & Badges

We encourage all our members to incorporate EYS into their personal wellness regimen. Along your journey you will have the opportunity to get promoted from one rank to the next.

Your Rank (or Stripes) is not associated with any fitness KPIs like body fat%, strength, or speed. Rather, you earn points for attendance and for completing certain challenges set by your EYS coaches.

Everyone can earn points and get promoted.

Badges are similar to Stripes in that they are earned. However, Badges are tied to specific Challenges developed by your EYS coaches. We typically have 1 Challenge per month so be sure to check the App for what is coming up next.

Classes & Reservations

Yes, all of our classes require you to reserve a spot through the App or online. This helps us plan of the proper staff ratio for your workout.

You can book sessions up to 14 days in advance.

Stuff happens, we get it. If you have to miss a reserved class, please cancel the session from the App at least 4 hours before your scheduled time.

Our classes are very popular and peak times often sell out. If the class you want to attend is full, you can join a Wait List for that session.  As other members cancel, we will open up the session to members on the Wait List. You will receive a text asking of you want the spot. If you do, accept the spot and you are in!

If your reservation is from a Membership and you do not cancel more than 4 hours before the start of that session, you will be charged a no-show fee.

If you are on a Package program, the missed scheduled class will count as a session in your package.

Absolutely! Come join us.

If you are an existing member and as long as there is room in the class, we will check you in at the front desk.

If you are a new member we ask that you give us at least 15 minutes before the start of the training to make sure all of the necessary documentation is completed.

My Account & Membership

EYS memberships are either month to month or for a specified term. All memberships come with unlimited access to attend as many sessions as you want. Please be sure to review all the details of your Membership Agreement to get the most out of your EYS Experience.

Short Answer, Yes.

However, there are some restrictions…

  • 2 weeks’ notice must be provided for any membership freezes. Membership freezes may be completed by filling out a form online or in-person with a membership representative during membership hours.
  • The maximum amount of time a membership agreement can be placed on freeze is up to 2 months per calendar year.
  • Any freeze request that is beyond the 2 month maximum is subject to a monthly fee of $50 per month until the membership is restored to active status.
